• Business Process Review. Every business has unique aspects to their operation, additionally some businesses have specific requirements for organization & control. The Business Process Review (BPR) is designed to ferret out the true needs of the organization. We look not only at the how and what is currently being done, and not only at what the information users want, but we try to determine what exactly is needed, in what exact quantities and exactly when.
• Solution Plan Outline. Based on our BPR we take our knowledge and experience to craft a solution. We may suggest changes in workflow, changes in information transferred or simply take a working manual business process and show you how we plan to automate it. We will create a “storyboard” of the suggested business process so that you can clearly see what steps will be taken, what operators will actually see and what report will look like.
• Configuration, Coding & Testing. This is where we gather our internal resources and make Solution Plan Outline come alive. We will build the solution and test it internally to be sure it will work on final deployment, and for years to come.
• Beta Installation. Just because we think the solution is flawless, does not mean a thing until it works in a near production environment. The beta installation may be at your facility or ours.
• User Acceptance Testing. Using the beta test site you get to put the solution through the paces, use different transaction scenarios, customer situations and whatever else you can think of to see how your new business process will work in your world.
• Documentation & Training. No solution will ever work without adequate training of the users of the system. That means everyone from clerks to salespeople to accounting, to all levels of management. We document the specific tasks and reports so that everyone will get the most out of the system.
